Sarah Richardson is a design goddess - we all know that, right? I realized today that I have never blogged about her, so I'm showing you her rooms over the next two days. I love every single thing she has ever done, but if I had to pick a favorite, I guess it would be the teal dining room that she is so famous for:
She seems to do more monochromatic rooms than bright ones like the dining rooms above, though:
I wish I could follow her around when she designs rooms like this, and just listen. I'm glad once again that you can't read my mind and know what I would (or should I say "wouldn't") do for a room like this:
Love the gray blue sofa in the dining room! I especially love it with the graphic wallpaper:
This is pretty much my dream bath:
The pops of turquoise look great with the black and white:
What an amazing lake retreat!
So many of these photos feature Sarah's own furniture line - have you seen it? Everything is on her website, here.
This post reminds me of others I've done recently, if you want to check them out:

Sarah can do no wrong as far as I am concerned!! I have several of the above images in my inspiration files. Always fun to see them again and again for that matter. I think you and I seem to have somewhat the same taste in designers. How do you feel about Phoebe Howard? another one of my design idles!!! Kathysue
The Lake House/Cottage and Farm were my favs Sarah makeovers.

I never get to watch her show, so this was a treat. I love her design style.
GM Stacy, I gave you a shout-out on my blog post today. I would for you to stop by to give your opinion on the question I posed today!! Kathysue
Stopping by from Kathysue's blog, glad to have found your blog. I love Sarah, she's one designer who I'd feel confident turning the keys to my house over to, no questions asked.
Thanks for the post! I'm a Sarah lover too :) it must be nice to have "buckets of money" she truly is an inspiration. I love how she used bright floral colors in
the bedroom, so I have decided to make my own floral pillowcases as an accent. It was because of Sarah I used Ikat fabric on my cane chair, do you remember the Ikat pillows? Oh I could go on and on about Sarah and her "sidekick."
I'm so glad you did this. I have been following Sarah since Room Service. She's just fab!
Trying to catch up on so many blogs posts I've missed recently (I have a huge backlog!), and just love these two you did on Sarah Richardson. Great selection of images from her portfolio - she has such a wonderful design style and such a range of looks, it's always very refreshing and exciting seeing her work.
love sarah richardson, i am a big fan of her show
