There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to this post. These are just rooms I can't get out of my mind. I'm totally obsessed with every one of them, which is kind of weird since they run the gamut from modern to relaxed beachy to formal and elegant, from French distressed to polished and new. Go figure! I'd need at least 8 houses to be able to do all of these styles. But that's the fun thing about designing other people's houses - you can do things that you wouldn't otherwise be able to. I met a new client today who loves French distressed furniture, and loves DIY (I'm soooo excited to be doing some chalk paint with her)!
So, take a look at my dream rooms, but do yourself a favor and don't get as obsessed as I am:

No wonder I enjoy coming here...we think alike! I loved so many of those gorgeous rooms..what a visual treat and lovefest for those of us also obsessed wtih beautiful and inspirational rooms!! Gorgeous spaces!!Is it my browser, or do you have the same bathtub picture three times? Maybe you just really love that bathtub ;-) It *is* lovely!! I really love the Jeff Lewis Kitchen and my fave is the grey room with the purple chaise and over-the-top glam chandelier! Wonderful! As always, a beautiful compilation of the best design out there! Now this is a post I like! And like you said, even though there is a hue variety of style, there are a lot of elements in common in these images. I noticed a lot of chandeliers and natural stone =)
