The Ultimate Design Goddess

Wednesday, October 5, 2011

Phoebe Howard must be the busiest designer in the business.  Every time I go to her website, there are several new projects.  And I love showing her work as much as that of any other designer, because it is always SO stunning.  I did a couple of posts about her recently, but thought I'd finish the series with the rest of he work that I hadn't seen before. As always, I hope you enjoy it!

LOVE her style, am a huge huge fan and she is one of my all times faves. Though traditional, they are so fresh like walking onto a cloud....something very lofty and ethereal about them. Love every single room you have shown here!!

I love all of the framed black and whites/sepia. That look never goes out of style. Her work has such a great updated yet traditional look. LOVE!

In case you didn't know, I painted the large piece in the first and second shot!what do you think?

Incredible use of greys.

To Barbara Bussey (comment above) - incredible artwork! I've never seen anything with so much detail! LOL
For the most part, I adore Phoebe Howard's designs, but every once in a while, she throws a curve ball that I'm not ready to catch. For example, the black and white bedroom with the chandelier and outdated track lighting, and the odd configuration of chairs and stools at the foot of the bed.
However, considering the high demand for her services, I may be very alone in my confusion over a few of her design choices!
Have a great evening, Stacy. Hope things have slowed down a bit for you.
