Classic Blue & White In Interior Design

Monday, October 17, 2011

My friend Kathysue at Good Life of Design has written about blue and white rooms a few times, and has done it so so well, that I have hesitated to write a post about them.  She is the master of this color combo, and if you are a fan of blue and white, you should defienitely check out her posts here and here and here.  Even though she is the master, I just couldn't hold off any longer, and tried to bring you some newer images that I hope you haven't seen before:

Hi Stacy : yes I am a blue and white girl. Hopefully blue and white will always be a classic style. But have to admit I really was drooling over the "neutral" section of this post - which of course is classic design also.
You always inspire me with all of your posts!

I really needed to see this post!! My mother is OBSESSED with blue. She is always asking for advice but it gets a little difficult to continue to have new inspiration. Your post gave me lots of inspiration to work on. Thanks for sharing.

Dearest Stacy! YOU ARE FROM BOSTON? I lived in Beverly, S. Hamilton and Rockport about 15 years ago, and I swear you look VERY FAMILIAR! Thank you for visiting my blog and THAT SECOND PICTURE with the GRAY and then the photo with the GRAY headboard on the bed...oh dear, my favorites!Your eye for beauty is impeccable!

SO NICE TO MEET YOU and enjoy your creativity; blogging has really brought out mine. I am a teacher, and I like teaching, but these days, the creativity is being squeezed out by crazy schedules. So coming to a place like this or drawing and storytelling has given me something to look forward to. Enjoy and never stop growing!
