I LOVE white kitchens! So much so that I just re-did mine in all white. I am so frustrated with a project right now because the wife is totally on board for painting her circa 1987 orange cabinets white, but the husband of course will not agree. I don't know what it is, but I don't think I've ever had a husband agree, and I always have to work around the orange. Any tips for convincing the husbands would be much appreciated!

Well one idea for hubs is he could see before and after pics of kitchens in blogland that have been painted white! My hubs was against it, but now he says he likes it better. The other idea is that Maria Killam writes about white kitchens being timeless and good for resale in her blog Colour Me Happy. He could read that...loved your white kitchens!
All gorgeous..some are in my files for seriously gorgeous inspriation. A beautiful white kitchen is just totally classic I so agree. As far as hubby...oh boy, that can be tough....I mean she could try "throwing him a bone" by saying if you let me do what I want in the kitchen, I will let you do .......(example choose the paint color for the bathroom or make it some obsure spot that no one cares about, choose the paint color for the laundry room..haha) Maybe make up a nice little online photo album showing him all the amazingly gorgeous white kitchens...I mean what makes a stronger argument than THAT?? So much gorgeous inspiration here, I adore the white kitchen! And WHAT IS IT WITH HUSBAND that makes them resent the thought of painting kitchens?? My mom always thought me "do first, ask for permission later"... which translates into: paint when hubby is at work =D
