osterville, MA estate, waterfront home

Happy Sunday everyone! I want to start this post by saying how very touched and honored I am that Tina at The Enchanted Home included a note about my blog in her post today.  Her blog is AMAZING...one of my favorites from the moment I started reading blogs.  She blogs weekly about the progress on the dream home she is building, and it is worth reading just for that.  The rest of her blog is also beautiful, interesting and fun to read -- everything a blog should be.  Also, big congrats Tina on the Versatile Blogger Award - you so deserve it.  If you don't already stalk Tina's blog like I do, you MUST visit....you will not regret it.

Today I also want to show you a gorgeous home I found (on Realtor) in the town that my husband and I got married in, Osterville, MA.  Anyone familiar with Cape Cod will know what a absolutely enchanting town it is in the county of Barnstable (where I was lucky enough to grow up and miss dearly.)  Here it is....enjoy!

Isn't that house amazing? I love everything about it, but especially that it looks kind of cottagey outside, but is so elegant inside.

Thanks for reading!!

I hope you'll visit my store for Rugs, Lighting, Art, Furniture and more:

Stacy......you are soooo sweet!! And Amy you too. No wonder I love blogland so much:) Thank you thank you thank you. Feeling is sooo mutual.
Now onto this gorgeous home...I love it, the foyer, the bedroom, the fabulous dining room with those killer views of the water, the patios overlooking the stunning landscape, the detached garage (not as practical but so pretty) love all the materials they used, the limestone fireplaces, the stone floors, just exquisite!! LOVE IT...when do you move in:)

Gorgeous! I grew up in NH and visited the Cape occassionally. I stayed at a campground in Barnstable (I think?) and rode the bike route to Wellfleet. What a beautiful setting - love the reserved subtle appearance outside and yet its stunning inside.
