One Perfectly Designed Home

Tuesday, January 31, 2012

I LOVE this house by Irene Langlois.  To me, every single thing is perfect. It makes me want to use less rugs in my own home, and continue to paint everything white.  Sorry, this is a very short post for me, but I didn't want to mix anything else in with what may be my very favorite house right now:

What do you think? Do you love it like I do?

Thanks for reading!!

I'm still so enthralled with the sunny neo-classical. This house is quite the eye candy though - just doesn't seem as "comfortable/liveable."

This house is stunning! I've seen the living room photo before and instantly loved it, but never saw the entire home tour. We have similar taste! Oh, Stacy you mentioned you were entering my Anthropologie giveaway and then you never input your name into the drawing. If you're still interested make sure you do that by tomorrow. :)

OK..this looks definitely like a Stacy home or something you would design. Makes me want to throw all my stuff out and start all over again!..Beyond beautiful.

Very pretty but I always need a little more pop of color and a cozy homey feeling. White is beautiful and airy but makes me feel cold and I think would always make me want to continually change my mind about decor which I already do as is enough. I think rugs are important or it's a cold feeling. This of course is just my feeling but I do think it's beautiful.

Stacy, this is a winner for sure! I have a super soft spot for the high contrast of white walls and dark floors. And, they are so glossy....love!!!

This is beautiful! I love the white kitchen, it just looks so clean and fresh. I think the teal accent in the last picture is gorgeous with the white too! I could see white with some colorful artwork on the walls for some "pop"!

It's a lovely home but a little to stylized for my taste. I do like the kitchen and bathroom. It looks as if it was "designed", done all at once with a single vision. I personally prefer rooms that look collected over time and show the evolution in the taste of the owner.
