What's better than books to bring personality and warmth into a room?  Here are some book-filled rooms that I love, some that I like, and some that I don't really like, but think are very creative and interesting nonetheless. You'll see what I mean :)

Stunning...LOVE decorating with books. I think there is no room that doesn't look amazing, warmer, cozier and more interesting with a grouping or bookcase of books. A beautiful and inexpensive way to change things up a bit, whether its with a stack of old vintage looking books or a collection of great new ones...beautiful!

These are all gorgeous. I especially love that little glass enclosed room of books and the glass front bookcases with the X mullions. What a beautiful way to protect your collection.

Bookcases add such warmth and interest to any space. These are wonderful examples - adore the twin bedroom with the bookcases!!

Books ara a real plus in Decoration! I love them.
Great pictures. I specially liked the bookshelves on the entrance hall to the bedroom. I think halls, alleys and entrances are a perfect place for books.
Thank for sharing.

Bookcases can be such a challenge. They can overpower rooms with their busy look~you have some nice examples of well done bookcases. Kudos to Emily too!

Some of these images are great examples of creative and attractive book arrangement and display.
I love old, leatherbound books for their character and natural beauty.
Great post, Stacy!
