Best of the Best: Kemble Interiors

Monday, April 30, 2012

I think the first image I saw of Kemble Interiors' work was in Veranda years ago. I know the work is widely published, and I hope you're not sick of it yet - I know I'm not.

I really like Celerie Kemble's approach to design:  "In life as in design, it is not perfection you should be after. There's beauty in the faded and worn, the well loved, and the sentimental...After all, life has seams. Your home should be like a loosely woven fabric of desires, memories, practical, notions, and even compromises."

All beautiful...most look like they were in Florida or somewhere tropical and exotic. Their works seems to have really gotten much more popular lately..and with good reason. Lovely and not cookie cutter! Have a great day Stacy:)
