Again, I'm blown away by people's creativity! I just did the standard Christmas Tree Shop paper this year, and I'll admit, not even any bows. In my defense, the gifts don't go under the tree until late Christmas Eve and the kids most certainly don't notice the gift wrapping as they tear in on Christmas morning. In the past, I decorated a holiday house where I did beautiful gift wrapping like these, and it was a lot of fun. But for me, I want the effort to be seen and appreciated or it is not worth it. I'll bet (or at least hope) that the creative people who did these below get a lot of ooohs and aaahs for their efforts. At least they are getting some appreciation from me -- look at all this gorgeousness:

Our posts are sisters!! So many beautiful ideas, I can never get enough inspiration on gift wrap, happy wrapping Stacy!
Gorgeous! I agree though - my kids gifts are wrapped plain and simple because they don't care so why bother? It's great to do it for others though because they do appreciate it and it's more fun to give! I loved the idea of adding the candy cane (my kids actually WOULD appreciate that :)) and the cinnamon sticks - so pretty! Beautiful post Stacy! And Merry Christmas to you and your family! So glad I found you in blogland...:)
Brown paper packages tied up with string (or ribbon, or feathers, or bows...) are certainly one of my favorite things. Gorgeous post!

There are so many amazing ideas out there, and I want to do them all! But I haven't even wrapped one gift yet! Yikes :-0 It's on my tonight list for things to do, and I'm thinking stock Christmas wrap will take the lead... these are tempting, though. Hmmmm...
These ideas are all so pretty, Stacy! I love to wrap gifts in pretty paper and add my own wide ribbon - all in silver and white.
Happy three days before Christmas!
