Her blog is one of my favorites. I won't spend a lot of time on this because I know you all know it. As her newest work of fiction is just launching, she has been dedicating the blog lately to all things related to her books, like southern homes, reading spaces, etc. It's so worth following if you don't already:
It is the first book in her Peachtree Bluff series, and is the perfect summer read (or anytime read, really). It is southern fiction and women's fiction at its best. It features four unique and complex strong female characters - a mother and her three daughters - and the various people in their lives. There is drama, romance, scandal, love, and plenty of design in this book, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kristy was kind enough to send me an advance copy, and I stayed up half the night the night I started it because it was really that good.
