The Robert Abbey Bling got installed in my dining room after sitting on the floor for (I kid you not) 3 months. I wrote an evil rant here (and even published it) about Robert Abbey because installing the crystals literally made me bleed, sweat, and cry. I'm not really into badmouthing companies, but I will say that the design mechanism for hanging the glass is ridiculous, and leave it at that. It's after midnight now and we just finished, but I'll take daytime photos tomorrow.
